We are proud to introdus a new robotic welding center established in year 2019

Parameters:
Theare are two full-size workplaces with a working length of 4000 mm and pivots around its own axis of 1600 mm in diameter. Welding methods are MIG and MAG.

Bolt Tower                        

   awarded by the jury won Bolt Tower in Ostrava-the extension of the blast furnace no. 1. Just this production ensured our company in our production areas.

European Steel Design Awards 2017   

The Bolt Tower project, on which our company participated, acquired the award of European Steel Design Awards for year 2017.   

   The edge folding press has a capacity of 380 tons and 4 meters of length. By this, the range of possible folding has expended both in length and also in the thickness of the steel sheet.

    Sheet four roll-bending machines. Offers the possibility of producing cones and tubes with forfold on metal sheets up to 6 millimeters of thickness . The smallest diameter of roll-bending product is 140 millimeters.

      Our company has opened a new hall with area of 28 by 18 meters, where, thanks to the variability of the space, we can produce larger engineering products. The new facility is equipped with modern technologies such as an exhaust fan, heating and emitting diode lighting. 

    The production of sound silencers with diameter of 2.7 meters, length of 11 meters and weight of 8 tons.
