Brief history of the company
Mija-Menmark s r. o. (Ltd. company) was established in 1993. Then it was working in the commercial and mediatory sphere for manufacturing of steel constructions and their assembly.
Besides that, the company was performing marketing and information activities up to 1999.
Since 1999 Mija-Menmark, s.r.o. has had its own manufacturing focussed on production of heavy air-conditioning, especially for power stations and heat stations.
On 1st January 2000 the company’s legal entity was transferred to liability limited company.
Company profile
Mija-Menmark, s.r.o. has a very wide manufacturing programme.
Company’s programme is based on manufacturing of air-condition for power supply, heat stations, galvanizing plants, etc. in the finish from 11 grade steel up to 17 grade heat-resistant stainless steel.
For its permanent customers, Mija-Menmark, s.r.o. manufactures specialized products such as safes for transfer of cash and securities that are collected from various commercial centres. Safes protect attendants on the premises against possible unauthorised break-in of other persons and against any endangerment of employees taking over the cash.
Since 2011 the company is certified for container production ACTS and ISO from Cs.Lloyd designed for container transport both by road and rail.
Then the company manufactures vibrating screens, noise suppressors, steel constructions, components for car washing boxes, devices for cement mills such as elevators, aggregates, water and cement scales, etc. tanks, scissor lifts, landings, platforms, staircases, ladders, stair rails and many others, according to specific demand of our customers.
Besides that, the staff of Mija-Menmark, s.r.o. is able to manufacture and assemble even complicated constructions up to dozen tons specified in the design documentation of the customer.
Mija-Menmark, s.r.o. is equipped with set of dividing, shaping and welding machines such as 3m hydraulic scissors, 3m hydraulic folding brake, 3m cylindrical centring machine, VR4 drilling machine, 2 x 6m flame cutting machine with plasma and oxy-acetylene welder, band-saws and others, as well as machining workshop.
For surface finishing, we are equipped with air-blast box and device for coating.
In cooperation with other company we ensure Komaxit-coating, and heat or zinc-plating.
In the past years, the company has gradually built a very strong and stable position in the area of metal manufacturing, and it aims to strengthen it even more in the next years.
Since 7th June 2000 Mija-Menmark s.r.o. has been the owner of Certificate of Competency in compliance with CSN 73 2601A standard.
In 2003 Mija-Menmark, s.r.o. completed preparation for implementation of Quality Management System in compliance with CSN EN ISO 9001:2001 standard
And since 2004 it has been the owner of the following certificates:
Quality Management System Certificate in compliance with CSN EN ISO 9001:2001 standard.
Quality in welding in compliance with CSN EN ISO 3834-2:2006 standard.
